Senior Android Developer

Dive into the heart of innovation with a leading-edge digital bank in Lisbon! This is a Lisbon-based hybrid opportunity – 3 days from home per week.

As an Android Developer, you will be part of an ambitious team driving the digital transformation of a premier banking institution. You’ll play a pivotal role in developing mobile web solutions that cater to the needs of active, tech-savvy customers. Your work will directly contribute to offering a comprehensive range of banking products and personalized services, enhancing user experience and engagement.

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance mobile web applications using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and other modern technologies.
• Implement Clean Architecture and MVVM design patterns to ensure scalable, maintainable code.
• Engage in Agile practices and TDD to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across squads to achieve cross-functional goals and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Embrace software craftsmanship and adhere to best practices in coding standards.

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

• Proficiency in FrontEnd Android development, including Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Coroutines.
• A strong understanding of Hexagonal Architecture, Clean Code principles, and MVVM.
• Experience with TDD, Agile methodologies, and cross-squad collaboration.
• The ability to communicate effectively in English; and French is a plus.
• A passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
