This is a Lisbon-based hybrid opportunity 

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be working for our client – a European leader in payment services. You will be responsible for leading requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders, analyzing, and documenting business processes and user requirements.

Your main responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development and deployment of the Vision 360 project, a central web tool for advisors.
• Collaborate on maturation activities, including writing user stories (US) and defining recipe strategies.
• Assist in the production deployment of Vision 360.
• Work on tools for Efficient Portfolio Management (GEP), providing advisors with a global vision of clients and supporting portfolio adjustments.
• Oversee operational aspects, including Contact Report, Memo Home, and various management reports and notifications.
• Engage in project-related activities, such as user story development and recipe strategy, particularly within the Vision 360 initiative.
• Address requests for developments, modifications to existing documents, and creation of new documents as part of maintenance tasks.
• Ensure the operational readiness of the Editing squad and support production activities.
• Manage the application fleet, including maintenance of functional documentation.
• Collaborate with different teams and professions to align projects with organizational goals

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

• Experience in CRM systems and project management
• Familiarity with customer-focused tools and portfolio management
• Proficient in project maturation, user story development, and production deployment
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to maintain and support application fleets
• Problem-solving and collaboration skills
• Good French skills
