Senior Business Analyst – Real Estate

This is a Lisbon-based hybrid opportunity – 2 days from home per week.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be pivotal in our banking client’s strategic project, “New Real Estate Client Experience”. You will engage in the redesign of credit allocation processes, collaborating with dynamic teams to revolutionize our client’s digital landscape.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead functional analysis and specification writing for system enhancements.
• Drive the maturation, impact analysis, and functional design of IT solutions.
• Coordinate between business units, IT staff, and external vendors to ensure project alignment.
• Conduct and oversee testing phases and approve results.
• Develop comprehensive project documentation to support development and implementation phases.

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

• At least 4 years of experience in business analysis within the banking sector.
• Proficiency in Retail Banking, particularly in digitalized consumer-facing processes.
• Strong technical acumen with experience in Microservices, API Rest, Postman, and Swagger.
• Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, and ALM OCTANE; experience in Agile (Scrum, LeSS) environments.
• Fluent in French (C1 level or above) to effectively collaborate with French-speaking stakeholders.
