As a Senior Data Science Team Lead, you will be working for our client, a forward-thinking company dedicated to harnessing data and AI to transform business operations. You will lead a talented team of 13 specialists, setting best practices, advancing AI adoption, and delivering impactful Power BI solutions. Your main responsibilities:

• Lead and technically guide a team of 13 data science and analytics professionals, ensuring the implementation of best practices.
• Drive the adoption and integration of AI solutions across projects, fostering innovation and efficiency.
• Oversee the development of Power BI dashboards and data science models, ensuring high quality and impactful insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define strategic goals and translate them into technical solutions.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and technical excellence within the team.
• Ensure project deliverables meet deadlines, quality standards, and business objectives.
• Mentor team members, supporting their professional growth and technical capabilities.
• Stay current with industry trends in AI, data science, and BI tools to continuously enhance the team's skill set.

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum 9 years of experience in data science, analytics, or related fields.
• Proven leadership experience in leading technical teams, ideally in AI and data-driven projects.
• Strong expertise in Power BI and data visualization best practices.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in real-world scenarios.
• Experience implementing data science solutions within a corporate environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English, fluent level.
• Ability to work eligible within Europe.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Certifications in data science, AI, or leadership.
• Experience with cloud platforms, such as Azure or AWS.
• Knowledge of additional BI tools or programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
