This is a Hybrid Porto-based opportunity.

As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer, you will work for our client – a leader in the financial industry, exemplifying innovation, agility, and unwavering commitment to its clients! You will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end security integration within the DevOps lifecycle for optimal operational resilience and client data protection.

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop security workflows for deploying and auditing application security across on-premise and Cloud environments.

• Collaborate with DevOps and Security teams to automate security services within the Bank, integrating them seamlessly with CI/CD processes.

• Evaluate application risks and propose effective mitigations to ensure the security of the Bank’s applications.

• Utilize industrial tools for both dynamic and static scanning of applications to identify and address vulnerabilities.

• Provide support to business lines in understanding and addressing issues related to the protection of sensitive data.

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles, demonstrating a deep understanding of security and automation principles.

• Solid expertise in DevSecOps processes, including CI/CD, containerization solutions, deployment automation, etc.

• Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins pipelines, XLD, and Artifactory to streamline development and deployment processes.

• Experience with Cloud technologies, preferably in at least one of GCP, AWS, or Azure, to effectively secure cloud-based applications.

• Strong development and scripting skills, particularly in Python and other relevant languages, to customize and automate security processes effectively.

• Fluency in English: B2
