Lisbon-based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 remote days per week).
As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer, you will be working for our client, a leading organization in the technology sector committed to delivering robust, secure, and efficient platform solutions. Your expertise will support the development and operational maintenance of cutting-edge CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes environments, essential for streamlining application deployment and ensuring platform security. Your main responsibilities:
- Provide expert support and troubleshooting for CI/CD solutions and Kubernetes platforms, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with Application Managers to implement and automate pipelines, creating templates such as Jenkins pipelines and Ansible playbooks.
- Manage operational activities for the platforms, handling incidents, and proposing KPIs to optimize platform performance.
- Investigate issues, implement automation measures, and continuously improve platform security and efficiency.
- Stay current with security best practices, integrating vulnerability scanning tools and security protocols into CI/CD workflows.
- Contribute to incident management processes by analyzing problems and generating detailed technical reports.
- Support Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications, ensuring their robustness and security.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to align on best practices, standards, and compliance with cybersecurity regulations.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- At least 4 years of experience specifically in DevSecOps, container orchestration, or related fields.
- Strong technical expertise in Jenkins, GitLabCI, JFrog Artifactory, GitLab, Sonar, ArgoCD, Bash, Ansible/AWX, Docker, and Kubernetes (all at proficiency level 3).
- In-depth knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, container security, and vulnerability remediation.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve issues swiftly within complex platform environments.
- Familiarity with security standards such as GDPR, OWASP, ISO 27001, and best practices in container security.
- Proven incident management skills and experience in technical reporting.
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Experience with software architecture models such as Hexagonal Architecture or CQRS.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity regulations and standards beyond basic requirements.
- Multilingual proficiency in French and English, with good communication skills.

- French — Proficient level
