Senior Functional Assistant/Project Coordinator – Compliance and IT Governance

This is a hybrid Lisbon-based opportunity – 2x in the office

As a Senior Functional Assistant for our client, you’ll be at the forefront of data solutions, crafting applications on cutting-edge platforms. You will be responsible for Pioneering innovative data solutions on leading-edge platforms.

Your main responsibilities:

• Coordinate incident management by tracking ongoing incidents, escalating as necessary, and ensuring follow-up with internal and external support teams

• Prepare and maintain KPI and reporting documentation related to capacity, security, and other relevant metrics

• Manage end-to-end projects, including building project plans, conducting requirements analysis, and identifying risks and alerts

• Facilitate governance tasks such as overseeing KPIs and reporting, participating in compliance and risk committees, and attending operational and steering committees

• Provide support for the Group Profiling Platform (Palantir Foundry) by learning at both user and developer levels and offering governance-level assistance to end users

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

• Experience in IT project management, incident management, and AML/CFT tool development, preferably in a multinational environment

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple tasks and ensure timely delivery of results

• Proficiency in English, with knowledge of French, is an advantage for working in a francophone environment

• Capability to understand and work within compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements related to profiling and screening

• Motivation to learn and adapt to new technologies to provide effective support to end users
