Senior IT Monitoring Tools Administrator – Infrastructure & DevOps

Porto-based opportunity with hybrid work model (3 days remote per week).

As a Senior IT Monitoring Tools Administrator, you will be working for our client, a prominent multinational financial services organization committed to transforming traditional banking through innovative technological solutions. Your expertise will support the development, management, and optimization of monitoring infrastructure to ensure seamless operations and infrastructure resilience, contributing to the company's culture of agility and continuous improvement.

Your main responsibilities:

• Administrate and maintain Monitoring Tools and Systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Manage Infrastructure components, providing support and troubleshooting to maintain high availability.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment and integration processes.
• Provide technical support for Service Infrastructure, Applications, and Users, resolving complex issues efficiently.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 5 years of experience working with Zabbix or extensive monitoring services.
• Strong experience with other monitoring tools such as Grafana, ELK Stack, AppDynamix, or New Relic.
• Knowledge of databases, preferably MySQL.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD tools (Git/Bitbucket, Jenkins, Ansible).
• Excellent communication skills in English (fluent level).
• Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaboratively within a team.
• A fast learner eager to adopt new technologies and methodologies.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Zabbix Certification.
• Ansible Knowledge.
• Containers Knowledge (OpenShift/Kubernetes and/or Docker).
• Cloud Services Experience (AWS, GCP, Azure, Private Clouds).
• Windows and Linux administration skills.
• Proficiency in French is a plus.

• Fluent English.
