Your main responsibilities:

• Lead the development and maintenance of high-performance mainframe applications to meet organizational needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions.
• Optimize existing systems for efficiency, reliability, and security.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to uphold coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical system issues promptly.
• Document technical specifications and system configurations thoroughly.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to recommend innovative improvements.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 8+ years of experience in mainframe application development or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in mainframe programming languages and tools.
• Excellent command of English at B2 level or above.
• Fluent in French (B2 level) with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid environment with flexible remote days.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Certifications in mainframe technologies or relevant project management credentials.
• Experience working in agile or DevOps environments.

• English (Communicative level)
• French (B2 level or higher)
