Senior Product Owner and Project Manager – Banking & AI Technologies

As a Senior Product Owner and Project Manager, you will be working for our client, a leader in banking and financial services, dedicated to developing innovative tools and fostering a progressive company culture. You will spearhead product development initiatives integrating AI technologies and oversee projects from conception to delivery, directly contributing to digital transformation and industry evolution.

Your main responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, budget, and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Gather, prioritize, and translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, engineering, design, and data science to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Plan, execute, and monitor projects related to innovative tools and cultural initiatives, managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Track and evaluate product performance and user feedback to inform continuous improvements.
• Manage project risks, budgets, and scope changes to achieve successful outcomes.
• Provide regular updates on project status, budget, challenges, and progress to senior management.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 4 years of experience in product management and/or project management in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven success managing projects from inception through to completion.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent proactive approach and teamwork capabilities.
• Fluent in English (B2+) and French (B2+).

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Solid understanding of AI, machine learning, or data analytics.
• Certifications such as PSPO, PSM, PMP, or equivalent.
• Experience within the banking or fintech industry.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and industry standards.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or DevOps frameworks.

Language Required for the role:

• Communicative fluency in English and French.
