QAA French-speaker (Senior QA Analyst)

Overview

We are looking for a Senior QA Analyst who speaks French (B2+). You’ll design and execute end-to-end testing, manage defects and test traceability using Jira and Xray, and collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to deliver robust software solutions that meet business objectives.

Required Skills

• French proficiency at a minimum B2 level
• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing
• Proven experience in banking and/or finance
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience using Jira and Xray for:
  • test case management
  • defect tracking
  • reporting and quality traceability
• Ability to design comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for complex applications
• Experience with multiple testing types, such as:
  • functional
  • regression
  • integration
  • performance
  • security (as needed for financial applications)
• Strong skills in:
  • analyzing results
  • generating reports
  • communicating quality status to stakeholders
• Solid collaboration skills with product, development, and business teams
• Commitment to compliance with industry regulations and standards relevant to banking/finance

Nice to Have Skills

• ISTQB certification (Foundation Level or higher)
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior QA team members

Preferred Education and Experience

• Preferred: 5+ years of relevant QA/testing experience
• Preferred experience background: banking and/or finance domain exposure

Other Requirements

• You must have French language proficiency (minimum B2)
• Participate in requirement reviews and contribute to acceptance criteria definition
