Senior Scrum Master – Leasing and Factoring

This is a Lisbon-based hybrid opportunity – work from home 3 days per week.

As a Scrum Master, you will be working for our client – ensuring successful project delivery and fostering a strong team spirit.

Your main responsibilities:

• Teach and coach Scrum practices and principles
• Foster Agile principles and Scrum community
• Eliminate team impediments
• Facilitate team activities and conflict resolution
• Coordinate timelines for deliverables
• Help teams implement changes effectively

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Jira, SonarQube, Confluence, and MS Office
• Ability to adapt to change
• C1 level proficiency in English; and French (B2)
