SharePoint Administrator Specialist

Transitioning from on-premises to online platforms.

This hybrid role is based in Porto, with 2 days per week in the office.

You will manage SharePoint, lead migration projects to SharePoint Online, ensure system security and support L3 technical issues. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining and optimizing our infrastructure.

Main responsibilities:

  • Administer SharePoint platforms and related tools
  • Lead migrations from on-prem SharePoint to Office 365
  • Provide L3 support for complex incidents and coordinate with vendors
  • Automate tasks using PowerShell, PowerAutomate, and PowerApps
  • Collaborate with the COE PowerPlatform Team to implement best practices
  • Design and monitor systems using tools like Zabbix and NewTest
  • Ensure IT security and compliance with service agreements

Key qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5-8 years of relevant IT administration experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (SharePoint, Teams, PowerPlatform)
  • Proficient in PowerShell scripting and SharePoint API
  • Familiar with monitoring tools (Zabbix) and networking concepts
  • English proficiency (B2)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a client-focused approach
