.Net Tech Lead

This is a Porto-based hybrid opportunity – 3x home per week

As a Tech Lead Developer, you will be working for our client – a leader in the financial industry, exemplifying innovation, agility, and unwavering commitment to its clients. You will be responsible for providing hands-on new development as well as supporting, maintaining, or enhancing existing applications.

Your main responsibilities:

• Work with Product Owner and Manager to guide the team from concept to execution
• Create technical solutions with your team, including architecture updates
• Promote best development practices within the team and across the company
• Consider banking domain constraints and business needs
• Report to the development manager
• Attend/lead conferences and assist in recruiting new talents when possible

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

• Higher education in computer science
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Manager and/or Lead Developer in an Agile environment
• Knowledge of .NET and C#
• Knowledge of GIT
• Knowledge of SQL Server
• Knowledge of Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps, Azure service bus
• Knowledge of Visual Studio
• Knowledge of Jira/Confluence
• Knowledge of Teams
• French: B2
• English: B2
