This is a hybrid Porto-based opportunity

As a Windows Automation Engineer, you will be working for Client – a leader in corporate and investment banking. You will be responsible for configuring and setting up all windows services and ensuring that all SLAs are kept from a functional point of view.

Your main responsibilities: be a Windows Expert

• Install and config the Windows Server Systems
• Guarantee the availability and good function of all systems and services
• Troubleshoot and solve the level 2 and 3 incidents
• Propose and implement corrections to avoid future incidents;
• Actively participate in the Capacity Planning
• Follow and implement the best security practices
• Ensure the right level of service quality in line with the requirements of Service Contracts (SLAs) in your area of responsibility
• Implement and maintain the rules of good management and usability of systems and/or products
• Actively participate in the Industrialization and Automation process

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

• 5 years of experience as a Windows Engineers or similar role
• Know-how on Windows Server (2012 R2/2016/2019/2022)
• Familiar with CI/CD practices with a focus on automation and industrialization
• Experience with Bitbucket, Jenkins and other DevOps tools
• Experience developing in PowerShell and C#
• Experience with MECM (SCCM)
• English level B2
• Good communication skills
• Good organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fast learner, easy to adapt, team worker
• Willing to be “On Duty Call”
• Willing to travel abroad occasionally

Will be an advantage if you have:

• Knowledge of the French language
