Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will work on enhancing and optimizing the operations of our Client, a fast-growing European banking institution. Your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that our Client’s objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

This is a Lisbon-based hybrid opportunity.

Your main responsibilities:

• Work on improving and optimizing operations for a fast-growing European banking Client
• Act as a liaison between business departments and the Information Systems Departments
• Analyze and explore information to identify issues, opportunities, and solutions
• Define problems and recommend appropriate solutions, contributing to project planning
• Design, implement, and maintain software solutions at various project stages
• Design and build services aligned with business needs
• Optimize processes, systems, and workflows for efficiency
• Create and update specifications and technical documentation
• Work in an Agile environment using SCRUM methodology

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

• 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong communication skills in English
• Banking sector experience or relevant industry knowledge is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Adaptability to changing project requirements
