As an L1/L2 Support Specialist, you will work for our client – a leader in the financial industry, exemplifying innovation, agility, and unwavering commitment to its clients! You will be responsible for providing L1/L2 support for our esteemed financial client, demonstrating innovation, agility, and an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction.
Your main responsibilities:
Respond promptly to user inquiries via various communication channels regarding the Anywhere application, providing assistance with tool usage, bug reporting, and feedback
Analyze reported bugs, identify their source, and document them comprehensively for the development team
Maintain and update the team’s support knowledge base and internal documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance
Assist in technical tasks such as data analysis, support documentation updates, and parameterization of application features
Collaborate with the testing phase to understand new features and ensure system stability before deployment
3-6 years of experience in technical support, preferably in a software application environment.
Proficiency in ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, as well as familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for effectively identifying and documenting bugs.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality support services.
Fluency In English and French
