This is a Hybrid Lisbon-based opportunity.
As a Project Manager, you will work for our client – a well-known bank group in Europe. You will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and completing the project.
Your main responsibilities:
- Accompany and advise the HR department in expressing their needs
- Create a Request for Proposal (RFP) document
- Identify the solutions that best suit the needs and select associated integrators
- Transmit the RFP
- Analyze and consolidate the proposals received
- Establish the choice file for decision-making
- Assist with the contract negotiation process
- Organize the deployment project plan
- Manage coordination between the integrator, internal IT team, and the HR department
- Oversee user acceptance testing
- Manage change management efforts
- Draft processes
- Create operational procedures
- Conduct user training
You’re ideal for the role if you have:
- Knowledge of the French HR System
- French – B2
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- Great Leadership skills
- Good Communication skills
- Good Time Management
