PMO – French Speaker

This is a Hybrid Lisbon-based opportunity.

As a PMO, you will work for our client – a well-known French group in the financial sector. You will need to actively work with project and program managers to ensure robust project management practices are being followed, aligned to the IT governance lifecycle and portfolio assurance processes, to support consistent, high-quality project delivery.

Your main responsibilities:

• Incident and problem management,
• Monitoring, relaunch, and closure in compliance with SLAs
• Coordination
• Change management
• Monitoring from creation to closure
• Coordination
• Weekly, and monthly dashboards
• Roadmap

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

• Strong experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Great experience in ServiceNow
• Experience in ITIL
• Fluency in French
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Ability to analyze incidents and anomalies
• Ability to understand interactions,inter-application functional exchanges
