Mid to Senior Full Stack Developer – Python & React

As a Mid to Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be working for our client, a prominent company dedicated to delivering reliable and user-centric software solutions. You will focus on supporting and evolving an existing application that is actively used by the client’s organization, ensuring stability, usability, and continuous improvement. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment where practical problem-solving and user experience enhancements drive product success.

Your main responsibilities:

• Support ongoing development and maintenance of an existing software product.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs reported during onboarding and daily use.
• Implement improvements and develop new features based on user feedback and business priorities.
• Enhance UI/UX for an intuitive and user-friendly experience.
• Work across backend and frontend layers of the application.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and deliver practical solutions.
• Assist in onboarding new users within the client organization to ensure platform stability.
• Contribute to ongoing code quality, usability, and performance improvements.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 6+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer / Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with Python (backend).
• Proficiency with React (frontend).
• Basic to solid experience working with databases and cloud environments, preferably Azure.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle from both frontend and backend perspectives.
• Experience maintaining and improving existing products.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with a product-minded approach.
• Sensitivity to UI/UX and user needs.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Experience working on client-facing internal tools or single-client environments.
• Enthusiasm for AI and related technologies.
• Exposure to product support, user onboarding, post-launch optimization.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud architecture and iterative product enhancement.

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent English (spoken and written).
