Senior Business Analyst – Banking & Agile Expertise

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the banking industry, focusing on delivering transformative solutions through Agile methodologies. You will play a key role in bridging business needs with technological solutions, enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience. Your main responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed requirements
• Develop and maintain functional specifications, user stories, and story maps to guide development teams
• Create comprehensive tests documentation and oversee test execution to ensure solution quality
• Write and update functional and technical documentation aligned with project needs
• Communicate effectively with both business and technical teams to facilitate understanding and implementation of requirements
• Design and execute SQL queries, interpret database models to support analysis and decision-making
• Understand and contribute to the technical architecture and system design discussions
• Act proactively and independently to address issues and propose improvements within Agile projects

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking or financial services
• Fluency in French (C1) and good command of English (B2/C1)
• Solid experience in requirements analysis, user stories, story mapping, and test documentation
• Strong technical skills, including SQL and database modeling
• Good understanding of technical architecture and Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, autonomous work approach

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Experience within the banking industry
• Familiarity with parametrization and configuration processes

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent in English (Communicative level)
• Proficient in French (C1 level)
