As a Mid-Level Oracle HCM Developer, you will be working for our client, a leader in HR technology solutions. You will contribute to the development and integration of HR systems, shaping how organizations manage their human capital with cutting-edge Oracle HCM Cloud applications. Your main responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize Oracle HCM modules to meet client-specific requirements.
• Analyze HR data models and processes to ensure seamless data integration and system performance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues independently, providing efficient solutions.
• Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver high-quality HR solutions on time.
• Assist in integrating HR systems with other enterprise applications.
• Ensure system configurations align with best practices and project standards.
• Maintain and document technical specifications and development documentation.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 1–4 years of experience in Oracle HCM development.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data models.
• Proficiency in analyzing and solving technical issues independently.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Fluent in English
• Good understanding of SQL queries and data structures (nice to have).

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Certifications related to Oracle HCM or SQL.
• Experience with other HR technology platforms.

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent English is essential for daily communication and collaboration.
