Introduction
As a Junior Salesforce Support Analyst, you will be working for our client, a major player in financial services within the banking sector, supporting the Salesforce platform used across various business lines. You will help ensure the platform's smooth operation, enhance user experience, and contribute to operational excellence as part of a dynamic team committed to innovation and excellence.
Your main responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective first-level support to end-users for all Salesforce-related inquiries via email, ticketing, and phone channels.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve common Salesforce issues such as data discrepancies, access problems, and configuration errors.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary, providing clear documentation and context.
- Assist with user management tasks, including creating, deactivating, and configuring user profiles and permission sets.
- Develop and deliver basic training materials to educate users on Salesforce functionalities and best practices.
- Support the creation and maintenance of Salesforce reports and dashboards to aid in key metric tracking.
- Collaborate closely with the support team to understand business needs and support platform enhancements to maximize user satisfaction and adoption.
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- 1-3 years of experience in Salesforce support or CRM support roles.
- Practical knowledge of Salesforce standard objects, Lightning Experience, and common troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluent level).
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-focused mindset with commitment to service quality.
It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) or Platform App Builder certification.
- Experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and data loading tools like Data Loader.
Language Required for the role:
Fluent English (spoken and written).
