As a Junior Java Support Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading technology provider focused on credit application solutions within the financial sector. You will assist in resolving incidents, diagnosing system issues, and collaborating across teams to ensure seamless support, contributing to the delivery of robust credit processing platforms and enhancing client satisfaction.

Your main responsibilities:

• Handle and resolve incidents on B2B credit applications efficiently
• Diagnose issues and propose effective solutions to mitigate downtime
• Track support tickets and ensure their prompt resolution
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to facilitate knowledge sharing and problem-solving
• Document incidents and update the knowledge base to improve team efficiency
• Participate actively in Agile team activities to promote continuous improvement

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in application support or development
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or a related field
• Strong technical skills in Java programming
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of mainframe environments, especially DB2 querying
• Basic understanding of B2B credit processes is a plus

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience working in a multicultural or multilingual environment
• Certification or training in support or development roles

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent command of English and French (spoken and written)
