As a Mid-Level HR SaaS Support Specialist, you will be working for our client, a leading player in HR technology solutions. Your role is vital in delivering exceptional level 1 support for various SaaS tools used across HR functions. You will help ensure seamless user experiences, facilitate effective communication channels, and contribute to data accuracy—driving impactful HR digital transformation and operational efficiency.
Your main responsibilities:
- Provide level 1 support to users of HR SaaS tools via Teams, Outlook, and phone, adhering to all procedural guidelines.
- Manage and track support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and KPI achievement.
- Collaborate with the Business Analyst team on data extraction and presentation tasks.
- Maintain clear communication across various channels to facilitate swift issue resolution.
- Follow established procedures to ensure quality and data integrity.
- Assist in quality assurance activities and support data quality initiatives (a plus).
- Work closely with the project team to align support activities with project objectives.
- Maintain an administrative mindset with strong communication skills to manage support workflows effectively.
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- At least 3 years of experience in IT support, preferably within HR or SaaS environments.
- Proficiency in French, both spoken and written.
- Solid knowledge of HR procedures, especially in talent management (a plus).
- Familiarity with Business Object or SQL querying (a plus).
- Experience with quality assurance (QA) and data quality management (a plus).
- Excellent communication skills and an administrative mindset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple support channels.
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Knowledge of HR processes, especially talent management.
- Certifications in support or HR-related fields.
Language required for the role:
- Fluent in English.
