Oracle eBusiness Suite Support Analyst – Finance and Accounting

As a Senior Support Analyst for Oracle eBusiness Suite, you will be working for our client, a leading organization in the finance and accounting sector. Your role will focus on ensuring the optimal performance and maintenance of critical financial applications, supporting client operations, and driving continuous improvement within a high-performing support team.

Your main responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1, 2, and 3 user support for Oracle eBusiness Suite applications, ensuring high user satisfaction.
• Monitor daily and monthly batch processing to maintain smooth operations.
• Manage operational maintenance activities, including incident prioritization, data patching, and configurations.
• Perform corrective maintenance and handle software bugs escalation to Oracle as needed.
• Supervise the integration of Oracle applications within the client’s ecosystem.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of applications and incidents in the knowledge base (JIRA).
• Lead and participate in meetings with business units, project teams, and operations to support ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to the management of technical obsolescence and security remediations.

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 4 years of experience supporting Oracle eBusiness Suite (version 12.2) or similar ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle modules: AP, FA, GL, GLB.
• Experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, and Dataload.
• Proficiency in PLSQL, SQL (Oracle), and Unix shell scripting.
• Good command of English (Communicative level) and French (C1+).

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Basic knowledge of banking regulations.
• Understanding of General Ledger and Accounts Payable processes.
