Location & Work Model
Lisbon-based opportunity with hybrid work model (up to 2 remote days per week).
As a Senior Jira Administrator & Developer, you will be working for our client, an innovative leader in enterprise solutions. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and managing Jira and Atlassian tools to streamline project workflows, facilitate system migrations, and support collaboration across teams. Your main responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and configure Jira workflows, permissions, and integrations aligning with project and organizational requirements.
- Lead migrations and system takeovers of existing Jira instances, ensuring data integrity and system functionality.
- Collaborate with project teams to define, document, and implement technical and business requirements for Jira solutions.
- Support governance activities, including participation in weekly sync meetings and project workshops focused on Atlassian tool onboarding and adoption.
- Write technical-functional documentation of Jira workflows, setup, and permission schemes; contribute to user and admin manuals.
- Facilitate workshops for users and stakeholders on Jira onboarding, best practices, and new feature adoption.
- Ensure the quality, completeness, and consistency of deliverables; identify and raise project alerts where necessary.
- Support project teams with technical guidance during the migration, integration, and customization of Jira environments.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in Jira administration, development, and integration projects.
- Strong knowledge of Jira and Atlassian tools (T1: 4/4).
- Experience with architecture and tool integration (T2: 4/4).
- Proficiency in designing permission and access schemes within Jira (T4: 3/4).
- Ability to plan and execute data migrations between Jira instances and from third-party tools (T5: 3/4).
- Skilled in project management and facilitating workshops on Atlassian tools (F1 & F2: 2/2).
- Excellent communication skills in English (communicative level) and French (A2).
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Certifications related to Jira or Atlassian tools.
- Experience with Atlassian ecosystem tools or plugin development.
Language Required for the role:
- English (Communicative proficiency)
- French (Basic proficiency)
