As an Application Support Engineer, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the IT sector dedicated to delivering seamless application support and operational excellence. Your main responsibilities:

• Provide expert application support for complex IT systems, ensuring stability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, minimizing system downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve application functionality and user experience.
• Maintain detailed documentation of technical processes and incident reports.
• Assist in deploying updates and patches, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Participate in on-call rotations to support 24/7 operational needs.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system robustness and efficiency.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 2 years of experience in application support or IT operations.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, tools, and monitoring platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
• Proficiency in English; French language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• certifications related to IT support or system administration.
• experience working in an international or multilingual environment.

• French: Communicative level
