As a Senior Jira Administrator – Atlassian Platform Specialist, you will be working for our client, a leading organization in digital solutions, focused on optimizing workflows and enhancing team productivity through Atlassian tools. Your expertise will support system migrations, integrations, and governance, enabling the client to deliver innovative and scalable solutions. This role offers significant growth opportunities in a dynamic environment committed to technological excellence.
Your main responsibilities:
- Design and develop features within Jira according to detailed specifications, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Write, review, and optimize technical and functional documentation related to Jira workflows and setup.
- Support project teams in defining requirements and translating them into effective Jira solutions, including planning and executing data migrations.
- Participate actively in governance meetings, workshops, and key workstreams such as migrations and Atlassian org takeovers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, completeness, and consistency of deliverables.
- Manage permission schemes, access controls, and system configurations to maintain security and efficiency.
- Support system integrations, architecture, and tool interoperability to enhance platform capabilities.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- At least 4 years of experience as a Jira Administrator or Atlassian Platform Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of Jira, Atlassian tools, and architecture/integration.
- Proven ability to write technical-functional documentation and manage permission/access schemes.
- Experience in data migration planning and execution between Jira instances or from third-party tools.
- Good project management skills, including experimentation and workshop facilitation on tool onboarding and adoption.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and French.
- A proactive and rigorous approach, with strong reporting and alerting abilities.
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Certification in Atlassian tools or related project management qualifications.
- Experience with Atlassian org takeovers or large-scale migrations.
Language Required for the role:
- English (communicative level)
- French (practical to mastery levels)
