As a Business Development Associate, you will work for our Lisbon Sales Department, which excels in providing IT services to the market. Your main responsibilities:
- Working directly with a Sales team to gain exposure into customer engagement and selling cycle
- Solving customer challenges alongside your team
- Following a complete training process on Sales and IT
- Be creative individually and in a team environment
- Help out in scheduling meetings, live coding sessions and technical interviews
- Meet best of breed Developers, Analysts, Scrum Masters
- Participate in our internal knowledge sharing events around Finance and IT
- Collaborate with other team members and sales mentors
Who are we looking for:
- You are pursuing a BA, BS or MS degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Management, Computer Science, Finance or related area
- Strong academic background with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong teamwork, communication, influencing, organisation skills, self-motivated, enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Interpersonal skills, creative thinking and problem solving
- You get along well with others
- You are capable of working hard
- You have a track record of finishing what you start
- Fluent English are a must
- French language is a big plus
