Develop new features and solutions for Lending business 

As a Senior Java/Scala Developer, you will work on development of tools and applications that directly contribute to the efficiency, product innovation, risk management and revenue generation of the Asset lending  business. You will join an agile team with colleagues from Paris & cross Europe.

Your key responsibilities: Build a new feature with the Technology team

• Develop and program applications using Scala,, Typescript, React, HTML, CSS
• Build, develop and implement complex IT systems
• Deliver high quality technical solutions to multiple global stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Effectively communicate development progress to the tech lead
• Be comfortable introducing new technologies and new ideas as required
• Create and maintain the design and programming documentation
• Monitor and participate in ongoing problem solving
• Advise and assist in the field of your own competences to other team members

 You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 4 years of experience in a similar position
• Past experience with developing IT systems using Scala (Java is a strong plus)
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL or its related RDBMS
• Good knowledge of using Git and intellij or any other Scala-enabled IDE
• Knowledge of English at a level that allows you to read technical documentation freely
• Comfortable with Agile Operating Models
• Past experience with high-scale performance optimizations
• Fintech experience will be a great asset
• French Skills (Min B2)
• Great communication skills and ability to work in a team
