Manual Tester in Banking Payment Services

Be the gatekeeper for bug-free production releases and healthy  solutions

This is a Lisbon-based hybrid role, 2x in the office per week

As a QA Engineer, you will work for one of our clients – one of the largest payment services providers in all of Europe. You will be responsible to ensure that all scenarios as tested for all the technical solutions produced by the tech team. You will be a key element in ensuring that production software is error-free and working as expected for end-users.

Your main responsibilities: Ensure error-free solutions

• Development of test strategy and test plan
• Construction of datasets
• Preparation (design) of functional tests
• Execution of the functional test campaign
• Preparation of reports
• Participates in the Daily and project key meetings

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

• More than 2 years of experience as a QA/Manual Tester
• Experience in the banking sector in the areas like front-middle-back office, transaction teams, others
• Experience with Instant Payments, SEPA, Exchanges
• Good interpersonal skills, and fluency in written and oral communication in French (B2)
• Ability to work in a team
• Experience working in Agile teams
• Test-Driven Development Approach
• Familiarity with ALM, JIRA, Yest, cucumber
• Familiarity with payment tools such as  Kanest / Kanest File
• Familiarity with API tools such as Soap UI, PostMan, Jmeter

Will be an advantage if you have:

• Certification ISTQB Foundation, Test Manager or Analyst test
