Mid-Level DevSecOps Engineer – CI/CD and Security Integration

As a Mid-Level DevSecOps Engineer, you will be working for our client, a leader in innovative software solutions, committed to integrating security seamlessly into development pipelines and accelerating digital transformation. Your role will focus on designing robust CI/CD processes combined with security controls to deliver resilient and scalable applications with confidence.

Your main responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain industrial CI/CD pipelines across multiple projects using tools like GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or equivalent.
• Develop and optimize dependency management processes utilizing repositories such as Artifactory or similar.
• Integrate security controls into CI/CD workflows to enforce compliance and safeguard software delivery.
• Implement and manage security tools like JFrog Xray or equivalent, conducting security scans and managing Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) using CycloneDX, SPDX, or similar standards.
• Collaborate with development and security teams to ensure pipeline automation excellence and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and troubleshoot pipeline performance, ensuring uptime and reliability.
• Keep abreast of industry best practices in DevSecOps and incorporate emerging security methodologies.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Over 3 years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, and security integration.
• Strong proficiency with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
• Hands-on experience designing and maintaining pipelines across multiple projects.
• Solid knowledge of dependency management, repositories, and security tools like Artifactory and JFrog Xray.
• Good understanding of SBOM standards (CycloneDX, SPDX).
• Experience with security scanning and vulnerability management within CI/CD environments.
• Effective communicator in English and French, with a communicative work style.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Certifications in DevSecOps or Cloud Security.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies.

Language Required for the role:

• Good command of English and French.
