As a Mid-Level Project Coordinator, you will be working for our client, a dynamic organization committed to optimizing business performance. You will provide essential support to the Business Unit Director, ensuring smooth administrative operations, compliance, and effective reporting—driving efficiency and strategic decision-making across teams. Your main responsibilities:
- Act as the right-hand support to the Business Unit director, managing administrative tasks and ensuring seamless operations.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with company processes within the teams.
- Maintain accurate and compliant information in internal tools related to the Business Unit.
- Create reports and KPIs for Committees, enabling data-driven decisions.
- Produce activity reports and recommend improvements or corrective measures.
- Oversee staffing requests, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Implement and utilize company project management tools within the Business Unit.
- Update BU procedures to reflect current best practices.
- Control timesheets and perform monthly reconciliation of time records.
- Prepare and manage monthly billing activities.
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- At least 2 years of experience in similar administrative or coordination functions.
- High attention to detail, with rigorous analytical skills.
- A proactive, dynamic approach and strong team collaboration skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Office tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint; knowledge of PowerBI is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in both English and French at a B2 level or higher.
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Experience with project management tools and reporting software.
Language Required for the role:
- English (Communicative level)
- French (B2 level or higher)
