As a Senior Manual QA Analyst – Web and Mobile Applications, you will be working for our client, a major player in the financial services industry, developing innovative lease application solutions. You will help ensure the delivery of impeccable digital products that impact millions of users across Europe and beyond, driving excellence through precise validation and collaborative testing.
Your main responsibilities:
- Design, document, and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and scenarios based on functional and technical specifications.
- Perform linguistic and functional validation of user interfaces in French, including proofing and quality assurance.
- Conduct functional, exploratory, regression, integration, usability, and compatibility testing on web and mobile platforms.
- Identify, analyze, document, and track bugs with precision within Jira, collaborating closely with developers to reproduce and resolve defects.
- Act as the key point of contact for quality and compliance within your feature team, supporting process improvements.
- Contribute to the continuous refinement of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Mentor junior QA team members, fostering a culture of quality and excellence.
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- At least 8 years of proven experience as a Manual QA, with a focus on complex Web and/or Mobile applications.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, with ISTQB certification considered a major asset.
- Extensive experience using test management and bug tracking tools such as Jira, Xray, Zephyr, or TestRail.
- Deep understanding of SDLC and Agile / Scrum development practices.
- Ability to query databases with basic to intermediate SQL skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both French (native/bilingual proficiency, C2 level) and professional English.
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Certifications in related testing methodologies or tools.
- Previous experience in financial services or lease application development.

Fluent French (C2 level), professional English.
