Senior QA Automation Engineer – DevOps & Test Automation

As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will be working for our client, a leader in technological innovation focused on optimizing testing processes and advancing automation excellence. You will help develop and implement automated test solutions that drive quality and efficiency, shaping the next generation of automated testing systems.

Your main responsibilities:

• Act as a technical leader to identify, develop, and optimize test assets aligned with continuous improvement goals.
• Ensure the automation of test cases according to industry standards and best practices.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to support ongoing testing and integration activities.
• Train junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve test automation frameworks and deployment pipelines.
• Contribute to DevOps practices by developing and integrating robust testing solutions.
• Take ownership of test asset development for complex projects, ensuring reliable and scalable automation.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 4 years of experience in QA automation, DevOps, or related fields.
• Proven expertise in test automation scripting and frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps tools and methodologies.
• Experience working on test asset development for continuous integration environments.
• Fluent communication skills in English and French.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Certifications in automation testing or DevOps (e.g., ISTQB, AWS, Jenkins).
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
• Experience with cloud-based testing environments.

Language required for the role:

• Fluent English and French.
