As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will be working for our client, a forward-thinking leader in tech innovation. You will play a vital role in enhancing testing strategies, developing cutting-edge test assets, and driving continuous improvement across the Test Factory. Your main responsibilities:
- Act as a technical leader, identifying and developing test assets for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure test cases are automated by the team according to industry standards and best practices.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to ensure robustness and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate test automation within CI/CD pipelines.
- Maintain up-to-date automated test cases in operational environments for maximum efficiency.
- Train and mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Optimize testing processes to improve efficiency, coverage, and quality.
- Lead efforts to implement DevOps practices within the testing lifecycle.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- 4+ years of experience in QA automation, testing, or related fields.
- Strong expertise in developing automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps principles and tools.
- Proficiency in scripting languages relevant to test automation.
- Solid understanding of continuous integration and deployment processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with a proactive mindset.
- Fluent command of English and French.
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Certifications in testing or DevOps methodologies.
- Experience working within international or multicultural teams.
