Senior QA Tester with Business Analysis Skills

As a Senior QA Tester with Business Analysis Skills, you will be working for our client, a dynamic leader in the IT industry committed to delivering cutting-edge digital solutions. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring top-tier quality while supporting project analyses, driving excellence from early testing phases through strategic insights, and contributing to transformative tech initiatives with a global impact.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead testing activities early in the project lifecycle to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Conduct small studies and analyses to support project requirements and enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and analysts to translate requirements into test cases.
• Document and report defects or issues clearly, ensuring efficient resolution.
• Support continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
• Assist with basic Business Analysis tasks, including drafting small-scale studies and reports.
• Maintain effective communication with international teams, respecting tight deadlines and quality standards.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 4 years of experience in IT testing and business analysis.
• Fluent in English and French, with excellent communication skills.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test case design, and defect tracking.
• Experience working on IT projects with a focus on early-phase testing.
• Ability to balance technical testing with analytical tasks effectively.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Certifications such as ISTQB, CBAP, or similar.
• Experience with test automation tools or basic coding knowledge.

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent English & French — excellent verbal and written communication.
