Senior Test Lead – Quality Assurance and Testing

As a Senior Test Lead, you will be working for our client, a global leader in the technology solutions industry dedicated to delivering high-quality software and driving digital transformation. You will help build robust testing strategies, ensuring the delivery of cutting-edge solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate testing activities across multiple projects, ensuring best practices and quality standards are upheld.
• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, scripts, and frameworks to optimize testing efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and product managers, to identify and resolve defects.
• Oversee test automation efforts to accelerate release cycles and improve test coverage.
• Monitor testing progress and report on quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior testing staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of emerging testing methodologies, tools, and industry trends to recommend innovative approaches.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 4+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and automation frameworks.
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing testing teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English; French language proficiency is required.
• Experience with modern testing tools and agile methodologies.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Certifications in ISTQB, CSTE, or similar.
• Experience working in international or multinational environments.

Language required for the role: English (Communicative proficiency), French (Proficient level).
