As a Senior Manual QA Tester, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the software testing industry dedicated to delivering flawless digital solutions. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, functionality, and reliability of cutting-edge applications, contributing to client satisfaction and technical innovation.

Your main responsibilities:

• Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases to verify software functionality and performance.
• Utilize SQL to validate data integrity and facilitate thorough testing.
• Record, track, and manage bugs and issues using JIRA, ensuring clear communication and resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams through Confluence, documenting testing procedures and results.
• Apply analytical and critical thinking to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve quality issues.
• Work autonomously with a proactive attitude, managing your workload efficiently.
• Communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrate curiosity, creativity, and organization to continuously improve testing processes.
• Adapt to changing project requirements with resilience and team spirit.
• Manage your time to meet project deadlines, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in manual testing or quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of SQL for data validation.
• Practical experience with JIRA and Confluence for test management.
• Excellent communication skills in English (communicative level) and French.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently with a high level of organization and rigor.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience working in agile environments.
• Certifications related to QA or testing methodologies.

Language Required for the role:

• English – Communicative level
• French – Proficient
