Senior QA Tester - Financial Instruments

As a Senior QA Tester, you will be working for our client, a leading player in the financial technology industry, on the Financial Instruments (FO2BO) scope. You will combine specification writing, test design and execution with strong banking-domain functional expertise.

Your main responsibilities:

• Write detailed functional specifications for financial-instrument features.
• Design and execute test cases to validate application quality.
• Use SQL to support test data validation and analysis.
• Track and manage testing activities using Jira and Confluence.
• Apply CI/CD understanding (Jenkins, Git) to support testing within the delivery pipeline.
• Mentor team members on testing practices and banking-domain functional knowledge.
• Apply analytical, organized and detail-oriented problem-solving to testing challenges.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Strong experience writing specifications and designing/executing test cases.
• Solid SQL skills.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Git.
• Functional proficiency in banking areas such as securities, wealth management, and securities/forex orders, at a Business Analyst level.
• Strong mentoring, problem-solving and facilitation skills.
• An analytical, organized, process-driven and detail-oriented approach.

Language required for the role:

• Fluent English.
