Senior Manual QA Analyst – Bilingual French & English

As a Senior Manual QA Analyst – Bilingual French & English, you will be working for our client, a key player in the financial services sector, within the BPCE Group. You will contribute to the development and assurance of Lease Applications by designing comprehensive test plans, executing detailed testing activities, and ensuring exceptional quality in web and mobile applications. Your main responsibilities:

• Design, document, and execute detailed test plans, cases, and scenarios based on functional and technical specifications.
• Perform linguistic and functional validation of user interfaces in French, including proofreading and content validation.
• Conduct various testing types: functional, exploratory, regression, integration, usability, and compatibility testing.
• Identify, analyze, document, and track bugs with precision within Jira, collaborating with developers for timely resolutions.
• Estimate testing efforts and actively participate in sprint planning sessions.
• Serve as the quality and compliance champion within your feature team, supporting continuous process improvement and mentoring junior QA members.

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum of 8 years proven experience as a Manual QA, particularly with complex web and mobile applications.
• Demonstrated expertise in software testing methodologies; ISTQB certification is advantageous.
• Extensive experience using test management and bug tracking tools such as Jira, Xray, Zephyr, or TestRail.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum practices.
• Fluent in English and native or bilingual in French (C2 level or equivalent), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to query databases with basic to intermediate SQL skills.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience with UX testing and detailed content validation.
• Prior exposure to financial or leasing applications.
• Certifications related to software testing or Agile methodologies.

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent English
• Native or Bilingual proficiency in French (C2 level or equivalent)
