Senior Business Analyst – Payments

This is a Lisbon-based hybrid opportunity – work from home for 3 days per week.

As a Business Analyst for the PAY team, you will work for our client—a global IT leader driving innovation with cutting-edge solutions and services. You will be responsible for participating in the project to revamp the entire payment information system (SI Virements), including integrating a new software package.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze the existing system and gather requirements.
• Design functional solutions and support business needs.
• Prepare and follow up on committees (maintenance, steering, coordination, vendor interactions).
• Write documentation (specifications, functional design documents, test strategies, procedures, risk analysis).
• Prepare and conduct testing and follow up on production releases.
• Ensure expertise in payment systems and their operations.
• Manage project activities and operational maintenance.

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

• 3 to 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Expertise in payment systems and their operations.
• Project management skills.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact with business units, back office, and internal/external partners.
• Proficiency in French.
