As a Senior IBM OpenPages Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leader in the financial sector, dedicated to advancing Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes. Your expertise will drive the deployment and industrialization of IBM OpenPages, empowering organizations to meet regulatory standards, enhance internal controls, and optimize risk strategies. Your main responsibilities:
- Conduct functional analysis and design to align GRC processes with business needs
- Configure IBM OpenPages components, roles, permissions, and workflows
- Support the integration of OpenPages with existing IT infrastructure through designing and implementing data exchange interfaces
- Lead testing and UAT activities, creating test scenarios, and resolving defects
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including operational procedures, user guides, and training materials
- Provide Level 2/3 support during and after deployment, ensuring smooth operations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to automate processes and improve system efficiency
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for GRC frameworks
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- At least 4 years of experience in GRC transformation or integration projects
- Deep expertise in IBM OpenPages configuration and deployment
- Proven skills in SQL, data modeling, API integration, and data exchange interfaces
- Strong understanding of GRC objects, workflows, and risk, compliance, and audit domains
- Experience in banking or financial environments is a strong plus
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English and French
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Experience with IBM OpenPages migration or version upgrades
- Knowledge of Linux and WebSphere environments
- Familiarity with Java/J2EE development
- Exposure to large-scale GRC implementations or deployments
Language required for the role:
English (Communicative), French (Good command)
